This significant gap between raw production and local processing illustrates a unique opportunity for agricultural innovation and economic development.
AV Cocoa Processing aims to showcase the untapped potential of Africa’s rich agricultural landscape by transforming raw cocoa beans into high-quality products such as chocolate, cake, liquor, butter, and powder.
